Experience ballet as a workout, live on Zoom. All levels of fitness and ballet experience (including beginners), are welcome.
Want a taste of ballet in your lifestyle, or are you highly engaged in this wonderful art form? Either way, this class is a great opportunity for newbie, improver and veteran alike, to reap the benefits that come with fusing the traditions of ballet, with exercise.
This class is beneficial if you desire to improve your fitness, or are looking to challenge yourself, if a good level of fitness has already been attained.

Please note:
1) The minimum age requirement is 18.
2) Bookings are eligible for cancellation, up to 24 hours in advance (via link in confirmation email).
3) Current payment processor is Stripe, who may handle your data outside of your country.
4) Refunds - if a booking has been cancelled by either a customer, or Ballerina Workout.
5) You need an exercise mat (or other padding e.g. blanket), socks and water for class.
