Ballerina Workout is a ballet-based, fitness class for women.
Experience ballet as a workout, live on Zoom.
All levels of fitness and ballet experience (including beginners), are welcome.
If you would like a taste of ballet in your lifestyle, or are already engaged in this wonderful art form, this class gives you the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from authentic ballet, through fitness.
This class is well suited to individuals who desire to improve their fitness, as well as those looking to challenge themselves, if a good level of fitness has already been attained.
Group classes are 75 minutes, private classes are 60 minutes and the Mini Summer Course consists of 90 minute classes. Please note, the minimum age requirement is 18.
*Bookings are eligible for cancellation, up to 24 hours in advance.
